Foști angajați Google, acuzați de furtul secretelor comerciale legate de cipul Tensor

În instanțele din SUA, trei persoane, inclusiv doi foști angajați Google, au fost acuzate de furtul secretelor comerciale în legătură cu eforturile Google privind cipurile Tensor pentru telefoanele Pixel. Potrivit 9to5google.com, în cazul american (USA v. Ghandali, 26-cr-00071), aceștia au fost acuzați de 14 capete de acuzare pentru conspirație și furt de secrete comerciale, precum și distrugerea probelor.

Încă nu se știe ce anume a fost furat. Cele trei persoane au fost acuzate într-un act de acuzație din SUA, publicat joi, pe 14 capete de acuzare pentru conspirație, furt de secrete comerciale și distrugerea probelor. Dintre cele trei, două – Samaneh Ghandali și sora sa, Soroor Ghandali – erau anterior angajate Google. Samaneh a fost inginer hardware la Google, în timp ce Soroor a fost intern. Ambele au lucrat ulterior pentru o altă companie tehnologică.
